Official Member of HFMA

Magica Fourka is a regular member of the Hellenic Association for Integrated Facility Management (HFMA) which is the liaison of Facility Management professionals with the aim of empowering and upgrading the industry.

Magica Fourka's participation in the HFMA brings benefits such as professional networking and certification, training as well as access to publications and events. These privileges ensure:

CONDITIONS FOR BECOMING HFMA MEMBER

Magica Fourka fulfills all the requirements for membership in the HFMA. These conditions for candidate members are as follows:

A. SCOPE OF THE COMPANY

They must have, in accordance with their Corporation Charter, the production, development and distribution of products or services related to two of the following main activities of Facility Management and at least one of the following secondary activities of Facility Management, whether or not they have other objects too:

Finance & Budgets Services
Mail Services
Customer Services Services
Support Services

B. FINANCIAL STABILITY

Must have a proven, annual turnover from Facility Management primary and secondary activities of at least € 1,000,000.
If a regular member fails to reach the annual gross revenue limit of € 1,000,000 for two consecutive years, its membership is automatically cancelled.

C. QUALITY

They must have a quality management system in place for at least three years covering their two Facility Management main activities.
( ISO 9001: 2008, ISO: 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2008, ISO 22000: 2005, ISO 27001:2005 or ΙSO 20000:2005, ISO 50001: 2011 or EN 16001:2009)

If all the above are fulfilled, together with the application and other supporting documents, the candidate member shall also provide the following to certify both the quality, the legality and smooth operation of their organization:

• Client attestation for the services offered during the last three years and refer to at least 2 Facility Management and 1 Secondary Activities provided to the same client.
• Certificate of National Insurance and Tax Clearance
• Valid certificate of business operating license.
• Declaration that the company is not in bankruptcy proceedings
• A proposal of two (2) members of HFMA.
